Clinics and Services
We offer a full range of general practice medical services and additional specialist clinics
Some of our long-term condition clinics include Asthma & COPD clinics, diabetes clinics, ECG and spirometry, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, cervical cytology screening, contraceptive services, child health surveillance, learning disability health checks, minor surgery and many other services.
We provide a range of specialist medical services such as dermatology clinic, diabetes clinics, travel clinic, ultrasound investigation, anticoagulation monitoring service, steroid injection clinic and family planning clinic (including coils and implant insertion) to help bring health care closer to our patients in the community.
The NHS provides health care free of charge, but there are some exceptions:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Vaccination certificates
- Statements of fact relating to general health e.g. for children classes
- Letters requested by, or on behalf of, the patient eg proof of address
- Reports for the DSS/Benefits Agency
- Referral for private care forms
Our reception staff will be happy to advise you about appointment availability and applicable charges.
The Practice does not sign the following forms – Naturalisation Forms, Passport Applications, Housing Benefits Forms, Bus Pass and Blue Badge Form (now done by council) and Student Failure to Attend Exams.
Other Service available at the health center include access to, District Nurses, Health Visitors. Community midwife clinics, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Support Worker, Extended Access Service etc

District Nursing Team
District Nursing teams help to improve peoples health by providing high quality nursing care, based on your needs, in community settings.
This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 365 days a year.
Working hours in Bradford are: 8am – 4.30pm

Health Visitors
Provide a range of services to support you on your parenting journey, from getting ready to be parents and giving birth, to your child’s toddler years and starting school. Your health visitor can help you on a broad range of areas from your baby’s sleeping pattern, to teething and toilet training, as well as helping you to look after yourself.

Midwives
The midwives look after you during your pregnancy and for two to three weeks after the delivery of your baby. They are happy to discuss problems or answer any questions you may have. for further information regarding Bradford community midwifery services Click HERE.

GP online services offer a range of convenient options for managing your healthcare. Here are some of the key features you can use:
