Our Practice is part of the Extended Access Services based at Hillside Bridge Health Centre, 4 Bulter Street W, Bradford BD3 0BS.

This means you will be offered the opportunity to attend an evening appointment (6.30pm – 9.30pm) or a weekend appointment to see a healthcare professional.

Services provided by Extended Access Clinic include routine GP appointments, Physiotherapist Triage, Smears Test and Healthcare Assistant for blood tests, blood pressure checks, diabetic foot checks appointment etc. Subject to availability.

Extended Access Service also include Voluntary Sector Services including young people’s counselling, carer support services, welfare and benefits advice, mental health support and women’s specific support.

Access to our practice is free from steps and steep slopes.  Our main entrance door opens and closes automatically.  The Practice is on one floor.  All our patient areas are wheelchair accessible and we have a disabled access toilet. There is a disabled parking bay in our car park.
