We are constantly looking to improve the services we offer our patients against the backdrop of major changes within the NHS. One way in which we can ensure we are working on the right things is to ask you, our patients. We would like a core group of patient members who will meet with the practice team a few times a year. Refreshments will be provided by the practice and any travel expenses will be reimbursed. If you require further information, please contact Jackie Robets in Reception on 01274 664464 to find out more! Anyone registered at the practice can become a member of our PPG.
We also run coffee morning sessions for patients drop by and have a chat and provide feedback. Please contact Jackie if you would like to attend any of your coffee morning sessions.

This is an annual survey, which is usually sent out every January.  We would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the form and then send it back as the results reflect on us. The more people that complete the form the better feedback we can get on our quality of services.

 

This will not only help us provide a better quality of care it will also improve other local NHS services in your area.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong sometimes resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice and speak to our practice manager who will be happy to help and will deal with your concerns appropriately and thoroughly. Further written information is available regarding the complaint’s procedure from our reception. Complaints leaflets are on the reception desk for patients to access easily.
